8:00 a.m. – Daily kickstart with the team

Like every morning, Desiree starts her day with a strong coffee and a motivating meeting with her colleagues and the sales manager.

They discuss the latest figures, challenges and highlights in the industry. Today there is also an interesting training course on the topic of “social selling” .

9:00 a.m. – Route planning & scheduling

Three appointments are on the schedule today. And in between? Set up new customer appointments, send out quotes, prepare for customer appointments.

“I'm sometimes in the office, sometimes on a farm, in a parking lot, or between two cups of coffee in a restaurant—rarely in the same place, but always in the thick of things,” says Desiree.

10:00 a.m. – Visiting a customer – every day is different

In the heart of the city, Desiree visits a charming Italian restaurant. The owner wants to prominently feature his new menu on the website – including a reservation function, delivery service, and a visually immersive experience.

While the coffee machine hisses as it froths the cappuccino, the two discuss how the tagliatelle with truffle oil can be made to look just as appetizing digitally as it does on the plate.

Desiree is also planning a social media campaign to attract new customers – “Because good food deserves a strong presence.”

1:00 p.m. - Water On! – Digital strategy for a plumbing company

We continue to a family-run business in the plumbing and home technology sector. On the table: renovations and new builds, wellness oases, descaling systems, and smart bathroom solutions.

Together with the managing director, Desiree develops a website that not only looks professional but also inspires confidence.

Before-and-after pictures, clear services, and an online booking tool showcase the wide range of services on offer.

3:30 p.m - Forest walk with dogs – digital dog boarding

Out of the city and into the woods: Desiree's last appointment of the day takes her to a dog kennel with a walking service.

The owner invites her to discuss the project over a walk under the shade of the trees. Surrounded by wagging tails, happy four-legged friends, and forest floor beneath their feet, they talk about the new website.

Daycare, holiday boarding, dog walking service – the services need to be easy to find online, clearly described, and presented in an appealing way.
And while Desiree is greeted with a paw, the contract is discussed right there on the spot in the countryside.

5:00 p.m. – Wrap-up in the car

On her way back, Desiree pulls over on a hill, opens her tablet, and quickly replies to a few customer inquiries about existing products.

An offer sent out, a new appointment scheduled – and then off to a well-deserved evening off.

“Not a single day is the same. I meet people, I discover stories, and I give visibility to companies. That’s really my job.”
